30 Day Return Policy

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment + taxes (if applicable) within 5 days of transaction.

We want you to love every purchase!

Unless otherwise noted, all items purchased from Susanfaris.com can be returned for store credit or a refund back to the original form of payment within 30 days of your purchase . Please note, we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 4 business days once the return is received. 

Exchanges

Feel free to contact the Susan Faris customer service team via the Contact Page or email at contact@susanfaris.com to request an exchange for an item(s) in your order. All exchanges must be authorized by our customer service team before the item(s) is delivered to the Susan Faris office. 

An item can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color. If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different style, you can return the item and receive store credit or a full refund (excluding the shipping cost) to purchase the new item at any time (product availability may vary once the store credit or full refund is processed).

The item(s) that are to be exchanged must be unworn/unwashed, in original condition with the original tags attached in order to successfully complete the exchange process. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer's address provided at checkout or partially refunded (refer to 'Return Policy' section).
